ISAL Championship Game

Highlights:
WP: Cole Babic (4-0)
Final Record: 12-0

TMI earned its second straight ISAL Division I Baseball Championship and capped off their undefeated season by beating SACS 10-9. Tremendous effort by the entire team with 8th Grader Dominic Mazziotta hitting a game-winning triple backing up a great effort on the mound by 7th Grader Cole Babic.

WP: Ty Lauderdale (4-0)

Down 6-4, the Panthers fought back and won on a 3RBI drive by 7th Grader Dawson Dullnig. Strong pitching by Ty Lauderdale kept the game close.

TMI Panthers played a solid game against Hyde Park, but came up just short in their bid to advance in the district tournament. The Panthers were led offensively by Taylor Devlin and Lauren Devlin, who each collected one hit and scored a run. The normally solid Panther defense came up with three errors that led to three of the four Hyde Park runs. Elise Notzon pitched her normal reliable game from the circle, but the Panther bats couldn’t back her. The Panthers finished the season with a 9-10 overall record, but have received praise from each opposing coach they have faced.

TMI – Won the game in the bottom of the 7th inning on a fielders choice by Junior Wallace Schmuck.

TMI wins first round of district tournament. With win today, TMI is guaranteed a spot in the TAPPS playoffs.
